Yes, you can! We have planning and rental options that fit every budget. Both rentals and planning can be booked completely separate of each other. We do, of course, recommend that you pair these services together for a guaranteed smooth wedding day.

The best time to hire a wedding planner is typically 12 months before your wedding date. This allows plenty of time for your planner to help with key decisions, vendor bookings, and overall coordination. If your wedding is less than the ideal timeframe away, it is still important to hire a planner to manage overall logistics!

Deposits for both rentals and planning are non-refundable!

When you find the item(s) you would like to reserve, simply add them to the shopping cart. When you are finished browsing, you can go to the cart, select the dates you need, and then check out! When you check out, a 50% deposit is due to confirm your reservation. You will then receive our rental agreement for signature. After this is complete, you will see a confirmation email from our team!

We do have a few small fees depending on the order you submit:
For all rental items we charge a modest 5% wear and tear fee. This covers minor wear from regular use of our rental items. This does not include damage to the items due to improper handling or negligence in which the item is deemed to no longer be suitable.
Pickup orders are subject to a 20% security deposit. This security deposit is full refundable as long as all items are returned in good working order

Yes, you are absolutely welcome to choose your vendors. We have a preferred vendors list filled with professionals that we have worked with before and trust, however you are by no means required to use them.

We do! For delivery, please select that option at checkout and we will provide a custom quote and availability. You are also welcome to reach out prior to placing your order for a quote and availability! Setup and teardown services are additional outside of delivery fees and are billed hourly depending on items ordered.

All rental orders are offered a complimentary four day window! This means that you have the flexibility to schedule your order for when it is most convenient for you without fear of your fees doubling! We know that event planning can be stressful, so we do our best to be as flexible as possible.

Yes, you absolutely can! We allow for changes up until 30 days prior to your pickup/delivery date. You can increase or decrease, as long as your order total does not fall below the deposit about as the deposit is non-refundable.
